The best deal I've gotten so far is $41,808 + T&T for a blue/redwood LE with the third row folders. MSRP $45,095.

That price is through truecar.com and some negotiating on my part.

I'm not a costco member but am considering the membership just for this perk. Seems like it would pay for itself.

I paid $39,510 before tax, title, etc for my LE with only carpeted mats and wheel locks. No 3rd row. Don't recall the MSRP off hand, I think it was in the mid 43's.
Had a deposit on a '15 demo Nautical blue with almost 9K miles on it. Loaded with just about everything for $38,990. It was well worth a few bucks more for a brand new vehicle with one less year of use on it (the worst winter on record in Boston) and no overpriced options.

Right on. Add $1,350 to your price for the 3rd row and it looks like a good target for me is ~$40,860. Looks like I have more room to go. I'm not in a rush/need to buy so I have the leverage. Thanks... this is helpful
