So the test fit on the truck (where you mentioned to put in the bottom headlight screw), this step is to align the cut off patterns before everything is tightened down?

Yep. If you don't bolt back in the bottom screw the headlight assemblies won't "bend" into place properly and the rotational alignment will be pretty far off once they *are* bolted in.

Where did you run the wire that is attached to the projector? Did you feed it through the large hole alongside the silicon gasket, or a separate hole?
