OL, question regarding fabrication....
Ive done a fair bit of welding and fabricating, but its all been on things like building trailers and things that do not move around due to the heat from welding. How much movement are your fabricators seeing when building these? I am curious if the breaks/bends with proper tacks will keep things under control. Obviously for the driveway welder the only jig is the rig.

You can table build these without much noticeable movement. Proper tacks followed by some stitching on the inner side of the bumper keeps movement under control.

If I missed this, I do appoligize.
What's the production time looking like for these? If I were to take off my front bumper and sell it to help cover this one, how long would I be riding "noseless?" A couple weeks is fine, but anylonger than that, I might have to pass. these things are already driving bricks, I would HATE to see what taking the bumper off and driving like that would do the gas mileage, considering I put 600 miles a week on the Runner easy.....

If you order one, order with Singtoe. The shipping charges are asinine in my opinion. It was something like $200 shipped. I know its the other side of the country, but goodnight

Sorry man. You left yourself open for that. Shipping is something that can be taken care of; hell I could probably have it sent to base, and it would be cheaper(maybe). Either way, I want to know about the production time. I'm going to probably take my bumper off and sell it, so I want to know how long I'm going to be rrunning without a bumper.

that hybrid rear with the swing out.... pretty f'n sexy. love to see that in a diy. i looked but i didn't even see it as a production piece on the website.

Production is as fast as we get deposits from the committed. From there we are talking 1-3 weeks to your door.

Shipping has gone up. If you can find us a cheaper way to ship please send us that info. We don't charge anything other than what the freight company charges us. This is using our mass shipping discount. We don't charge for the 25.00 dollar box, packing, handling. We would love to ship these cheaper.. Find a friend who is local and we can toss a bunch of these in one box. Pay shipping once. Its coming to your home on a big rig... These are to bulky for regular UPS.

Are you selling the rear hybrid bumpers as complete units? Would be interested in that. If not I may just built my own that happens to look very similar, just need to pick up a tube bender first.
