iPhone 5 does not display contacts on nav system while driving

Hey guys, I just got a 2010 T4R Limited and I am not able to see my contacts while driving. And when someone in my contacts call, I can't see their name on the nav system . When I'm stopped the contacts pop back up. This is driving me nuts! I have an iPhone 5. Any help please?

You can not access contacts while the vehicle is in motion, this is normal. However, the name/number should display on the NAV when you get an incoming call. Did you transfer all your contacts to the NAV? Keep in mind, that if you change a contact's record in your iphone, you must send that data back to your NAV again as it will not automatically update it. I am also on iPhone 5, and mine is working as expected.

I have the same problem, when using the voice control while driving, there's nothing in the contact list, when using the buttons when the car is stopped, all contacts are in there, weird...

You can not access contacts while the vehicle is in motion, this is normal. However, the name/number should display on the NAV when you get an incoming call. Did you transfer all your contacts to the NAV? No I can't see the incoming contact's name while driving the vehicle- just the phone numbers show up on the nav. But when I'm stopped and someone calls me, I can see the their name of the nav unit. I did transfer my contacts to my nav unit. Are you able to see the name of the caller while vehicle is in motion?

Yes, I see the name and number on my NAV screen while my vehicle is moving.

Thats correct you can not look at your contacts or enter a destination into the navi unless you aren't moving. Is there anyway to hack the system to trick it that we are still while we are moving?
