My research has led me to a dirty/clogged filter as the probable cause of this issue. The filter on these transmissions are metal & reusable, you just need to clean them out. Consequentially, the pan needs to drop in order to do this. I haven't had the time to tackle this yet, but I have been running a Magnifine filter inline pre-cooler (if only to prevent any possible debris from clogging the cooler). Haven't noticed any difference, but haven't cut it open yet to see what it may hold, if anything at all.
