ISR Mod Help

Unfortunately the yotatech guide is missing all the pictures. What I am trying to figure out, do I need to route my hoses and have them placed into the ISR Pipe?
See pictures.
#1 goes to some unit deep inside the bay(As pictured in the white box)
#2 goes to the chamber
#3 also goes to that unit.

Since this is a 99 Hilux, are they like the 97-98 T4R or the 99-02 T4R...

You just need to worry about #1 & #3.

Those have to go back to the intake.

What do I do with #2, Just remove the hose? It seem in the link you provided, #2 goes to the intake.

Sorry, I actually meant to not worry about #1.

You'll need to route #2 & #3 to the intake.
