i recently purchased a 2001 t4r sr5 4x4 (after wrecking my 03).
when i purchased this 4runner i was told it was lifted 3". ive measured mine but yet to seen anything similar to measure and go off of. 265/75/16 Cooper Discovery. there arent any spacer shocks are stock toyota factory on the front and rear. possibly tacoma components maybe??
My question is whats stock ride height so i have something to go off of.
any info would help.

Stock is usually around 20" from middle of the wheel hub to the middle of the fender. Snap some pics of the shocks and coils in the front and back so we can try to determine the lift if you have one.

Measure the distance from the center of your hub to your fender. Stock (atleast for me) was around 19" front and 20" rear. I don't remember the actual stock numbers, mine had sagged a bit before I lifted it but it should give you an idea.

from the looks of my stock rig. it looks lifted for sure. mines lifted now so i cant measure

Just a thought .. Couldn't you go to the mall and park next to a stock 4Runner?

Just measured my stock height last week before installing lift last weekend -
Front: 21 1/2"
Rear: 21

Ok so took some measurements front 22 1/2 rear 23 from center hub to fender lip.

Driver front has some sort of spacer on the bottom perch, passenger front doesn't. I'd guess the springs are OME 882/883's. Rear coil has extra wraps at the top, which are probably OME 890's or something.

What's the part number on the rear tokico shocks? Could come up as the LC Tokico'd too, otherwise they're most likely overstretched stockers.

i'll look tomorrow when the sun is up. i tried but was at work and couldnt get dirty.

so the could be land cruiser stockers? and overstretched stock springs?

im tryin to find out so i can start my build.

Not overstreched stock springs, I meant the shocks are either stock LC Tokicos, or they're overstretched stock 4Runner Tokico shocks. Rear coils are aftermarket I believe because none of the stock rear coils have the wraps close together at the top like the pic shows.

Now that I think about it more, the front coils could also be Tundra TRD's..

That's the LC shock. Good budget shock for 3"+ lift. You could add spacers, but higher than 23" fender to hub will not play nice with your UCA's or CV's, so keep that in mind.

color like where ill go look im just chillin. tryin to figure this out.

struts are blue thats all i got. the right side has 351 PO73B on it the other has nothing
it looks like it also has the diff drop installed
