If you don't mind me asking where did you get that shifting knob? Also what is it called specifically?

Gave my BOSS a couple days to settle, and made final adjustments ...haven't driven too much. The Toytec spanner wrench broke and they were great about replacing it, however I didn't want to wait. I took two 1/4" pin/center punches and found that they worked 100x better than the spanner wrench. Alignment on Monday!!
Like a dumb ass, I forgot to take stock measurements ...but threads here have stock ranging from 19" - 19.5" front and 21"- 21.5" rear.
Erring on the high side cause bumpers and in the future. Final measurements hub to fender:
FL - 22.5" (3" gain)
FR - 22.5" (3" gain)
RL - 24" (2.5" gain)
RR - 24.5" (3" gain)
From the ground to fender with LT255/80R17 Cooper S/T MAXX:
FL - 38"
FR - 38"
RL - 39.5"
RR - 40"
I'll get some pics tomorrow ...

What thread setup did you order for the knob on page 3? Loving the retro look of this. Great build btw!!!!

I think it was 12mmx1.25 ...but before I ordered I unscrewed the OEM shift handle and found a nut that fit the threads, then took that nut to the hardware store and tested it on a thread gauge. Just wanted to be sure.

How did you mount your Dually lights under the horizontal grill cross bar? Did you add any metal flange to the inside for added support, similar to Desert Dawg's build?
I have two Amber D2s that I want to hang there, but not sure where to get the metal flange. If you did anything different, could you share what you did? Any additional pictures, close up shots?

How big of a hit did you take on the MPG after the lift and 255s?
I thought I hit all the pages in this thread but apparently not. My Bad on missing something so obvious. Thanks though, this should help in getting mine installed.

I have to ask, what are you impressions of the new setup compared to the old? Curious because I was going to lift in stages, basically starting where you did then maybe moving to the Toytec Boss setup down the line. I'm thinking about just getting the Boss lift off the bat now, any feedback is helpful.
Your rig looks awesome, very impressed! I also come from the Jeep world, built 2 YJs, 2 TJs, and 3 JKUs over the last fifteen years. Most recently was a 14 Rubicon Unlimited, just getting older and want to hit the trails in something I can drive comfortably daily, thinking the T4R fits that bill.

18 March Update:
1) Lowered the front 1/2" to be rid of a 35-40 mph vibration and gave her a bath.
2) Installed Shrockworks front bumper and enough light to make it day (cause its 'Merica and I can!)
3) Baja Rack came today and I couldn't wait ...
--Rack didn't make the journey w/o something to show for it. Little Rustoleum and I'm good with it.
--The rack install required a blood and body sacrifice ...but she's a DD/trail rig/sexy *****, so I don't mind.
4) Added some door weapons ...
---Started working on plans for cargo drawers ...heading to Lowe's on Sunday!

I didn't weigh it, but it's listed at about 130 lbs. picking it up alone, that feels about right.

I've never done any calculations, but the gauge that lies to me averages between 15 and 16 mpgs.
Thanks. I was happy with my first lift set-up, but I'm much happier with this one. The ride is noticeably better and I love the ability to adjust without removing the struts. I was in the same boat ...I love Jeeps for rock crawling, but I drive a lot and the comfort level in the 4Runner is worth it's weight in gold. Besides, I'd rather hit nice scenic trails anymore.
No, but I'll get some of the front and rear when I get a chance.

Looking at it this morning, I may have overtightened the roof bolts just a bit. I don't have a in/lb torque wrench, so I judged it with a small 1/2" wrench. No major damage, just some slight signs of overpressure on the roof at the corners of the roof brackets. Live and learn.

I'm anxiously awaiting the same Baja Rack from the TacomaWorld Group Buy. It will supposedly ship next week and it seems like Baja Rack has caught back up after the fire at the powder coat shop.
Any tips on the rack install or was it pretty straightforward? I'll try not to over-tighten based on your previous comment.
