I have a 2010 Trail Edition with KDSS and I’ve installed JBA upper control arms, bilstein 5100 shocks, Toytec coils and I have this weird creak noise on occasion.
Anyone know what it could be?
Happened when just driving down the street or pulling out of my driveway.

I would try giving them a couple more shots of grease in each zerk on each side. Don't overdo the grease but 2-3 more shots won't hurt. This happened with my JBA's and this was my cure. Happened to work for a few other guys that I know also. Hope it's as simple as that!

Grease um regularly.

I know people go thousands of miles without greasing but I do it every oil change now. It doesn't add much time to the job.

That is strange. I've had my JBAs on since 3/2017 and never had they creaked. I shoot some grease into the zerks every 10k.

If this was all just recently installed, then something isn't greased right probably. If they're older, then something may have worn out.

Some brands have different methods of greasing than others, and some don't require greasing.

Could also be sway bar links/bushings... just throwing it out there

Did you ever sort this out? Haven't heard a resolution yet.
