JBL 6 Disc switch

Hello I'm new to the forum. I Have a 2003 Sport 4Runner
My JBL 6 Disc wont eject or load anymore.
I have a 2006 Tundra 6 disc and hoping I can switch the units out. Anyone tried this.

You will need to compare the connections in the back.
It looks a bit different form the one I pulled out of my 2003

JBL and non-JBL units are total different beasts.

JBL units send digital signals in two wire output to an external amplifier.

Non JBL sends raw sound through the speaker wires straight to the speakers.

Quite a bit different in the wiring aspect.
