I've got alot of sweat equity in the rig, and honestly, it feels good to get the recognition. I'm honored to have been a part of the contest, lucky to have won, and thankful for a forum full of cool people who share the same interests.
Thanks again, and congratulations to Jon, crazydubman, snOwrunner, and downpour simply for building some amazing rigs... I figured any one of us could have taken this one.
REGARDING THE SLIDERS....
I wasn't counting my eggs before they hatched here, so I didn't count on winning. For anybody who doesn't know, I own THREE 3rd gens... two of which don't have sliders. I've given it some thought, and even though they'd look sweet on my '97, it's not my main wheeling rig anymore and it doesn't get used in a way that it would really need them.
That leaves my Wife's '00. I asked her if she wanted some sliders and it went like this...

So, I guess that's a no? Yeah, don't really care... Me: Ok :keyboard:

I think Nick has this one in the bag though, and it's much deserved. I make it a point to myself to read any and all information he's contributed haha it's a priority when learning more about these trucks.
See my post above! This one was tight right down to the end. The rigs in this months contest are all pretty insane, and they all get hammered on. The deck of cards was in the air until the end, IMO.
PS: Even if you guys didn't or Don't win? Don't think for one second that you LOST.. Think of yourselves as winners already, because everyone sees your admiration, your devotion, your love and enthusiasm to the sport/modifications... BUT.... Best of all, the friendships you've made along the way..
