Just a friendly FYI, got some legit OEM LED tails for CHEAP...brand new (eBay)

I just bought a set from this seller on eBay this past month and installed them. Both are brand new and fit flawlessly. They are genuine Toyota OEM parts, as well. Both came in genuine OEM Toyota boxes with proper labels, factory imprints in the plastic, etc. Both fit perfectly, had 0 issues. They match the factory units on my father's 2009 identically in fit, finish, and performance.

I dunno how he's making money at $58.00 a unit, but at least for me, this was a great buy.

When I bought them, both sides were just $58.00. I see now, one side went up slightly in price, dunno what's up with that.

Anyways, this is a great deal for those of you looking to do the simple retrofit mod. Strike while the iron is hot!

Yeah, they were both active as of this morning. I hadn't bought them yet because I asked him about combining shipping and was waiting to hear back since there were "more than 10 available." He finally replied and said "normally we do, but we are out of the drivers side now and only have the passenger side left. The ad will be taken down today." Shortly after he replied to me, the auction ended.

I ended up buying the passenger side off him for $58 and bought an OEM takeoff for the driver side on another auction for $90. I figure I got a good deal overall if everything shows up working and looking as it should.

I'm sorry to hear this guy has apparently run out of some of these. Really hope you guys got in on the deal while it was there. Glad to see at least some of you did. Seems like the guy finally got wise to his mistake pricing these so low.

Mine are legit OEM. There are NO fitment issues at all - they will fit all years of the 4th gen, and they are literally identical to those on other factory equipped 4Runners and were plug and play. The ones I got are NOT aftermarket, they bear all of the factory markings and designations down to the individual part numbers molded into the plastic, etc.

It only took 2 days for mine to arrive via Fedex from Cali to Washington state. Tracked the shipment the whole way.
