LTD4runner

Hey everyone!
Been a lurker for a while gathering info (great forum-so many knowledgable folks), learning and trying to decide btw the 4 runner and a Overland JGC 2012. After the recent 3.6L Pentastar problems, and some bad dealing with some Chrysler stealerships, went the way of the 4 runner. Black, Limited 2012(was right in the showroom shiny...couldn't resist!) Wife and 2 daughters loved it right away, and I think we got a great deal (2 way car starter, rear cargo liner thrown in, oil changes, wheel rotation and some small other things). We're very happy!
I know I got to post some pics but got to wait for it to get home (hopefully early next week when their down) but in the mean time I had a couple questions:
1)Any one buy the ECP extended service plan? Is it worth it? One of the big reasons we went the way of the 4 runner was reliability...is the really likely to breakdown in a big way? There are some other appealing features like travel coverage, oil changes etc but never been one to invest in something like this (I typically tinker myself, but with these newer vechiles I get a bit nervous)
2)Want to put on a chrome grill to match the rest...surprised it didn't have one (one aspect I didn't like). Found this....anyone have it or like/dislike? Other chrome grills folks have used?

: I couldn't justify/afford the extra $10k plus for the LE (plus I didn't want 7 seats, moonroof, and a few other things).
