Fixed my skid plate bolt. It was stripped, the one on the driver side next to the lower control arm. I got a longer m8-1.25 bolt about 1.75". And didn't feel like re tapping the existing hole. So I managed to put a nut above the old welded nut. And also used a bigger nut as a spacer. Between the skid and the steering rack. Keeping a small gap between the steering rack and skid, without it the skid plate would basically be pushing on the steering rack.

2 corner will be blinkers, the other 3 will be day lights. Or with the lights on.
I put a o-ring so it seals and holds the little lights better.
Putting the blinker lights into one harness and the white lights will be a separate harness. Incase you need to do maintenance or something you can just unplug it. So I put two wires together into one.
Bought a Delphi weather pack of Amazon for $10. It's like 10 dual connectors. 5 make and 5 female.

So I'm currently waiting on Chas to send me my icon shocks. Waiting on the RCI Group buy to take action to get some skids. And waiting on my health to get better to swap my elocker.
And a winch. Been eyeing the smittybilt x2o comp. it's $550 on Amazon. Wondering if there are sales on Christmas?

I got the superwinch tiger shark 9500lb with steel line. I'm a bang for the buck guy. Cheapest quality mods I can do that don't limit performance. Got it for $340 shipped new.
Oh those are cool lights. Are you planning on using them as day lights ? You know if you cut it out. Like a big hole. Maybe go 1/8" bigger and put grommet around the cut. Kinda like the one they put on door edge. They sell chrome and black.
I'm aiming towards synthetic line. Not sure though. $340 is a good price. Did you have to trim your grill?

No, im going to wire them with my current LED fogs. The 4" fogs I have are two bright for day lights and these are pretty much the same. I just avoid giving cops reasons to pull me over.
I went with Steel because ive seen synthetic lines on trails that are all faded and start to deteriorate where as the steel still looks new. I also wanted the weight to soften my crappy OME front suspension which it did.
I also chose this winch because of the solenoid location. My 1.5" body lift also helped clear the grill a little I would think.

Looking forward to seeing what you do here. Those lights are pretty tall compared to the height of the filler panels under the headlights. (I assume that is where you are putting them.)
The Rigids I put there were shorter than those lights, and I still had a heck of a time fitting them in.

Got a 48" hi lift jack. All cast version. Also ordered Sonoran steel hi lift jack mounts for the back trunk.
Installed this little level. I think it's good to have when your using the hi lift jack, or off roading on hills. Good to have. Used scotch 3M 10lb Velcro to attach it.
Finished up on the harness for the blinkers that I put on the filler panel under the headlights. Just today I received the white LEDs. Which will be ON with the headlights.
The bigger plug is for the new blinkers. Incase you need to maintenance you can unplug everything in one piece. Very easy. I will do something for the white LEDs. Separate harness.

Even though t-tap isn't 100% waterproof. I made sure I used electrical grease on EVERY T-TAP to prevent corrosion. Plus I feel safe about it. It's Hides behind the fender.
Harness perfectly measured so there's enough room to grab it and connect it together or disconnect
I used quality marine shrink wraps, quality electrical grease. On EVERY CONNECTION including t-taps. And even inside the weather proof Delphi connectors. Everything is easily removed in pieces for easy maintenance or in general.
Made my own open air chuck with pressure gauge for my compressor.
Extended wires on my compressor, wires in a 50amp breaker and installed battery clamps. Works perfect.
And so my rear passenger shock tower rusted and the shock pushed through. So I got a really good deal of a OEM website that is located in Pennsylvania which is very close to NJ. They were the cheapest website for OEM parts. Was just under $200 shipped.
They come painted to. It's basically the whole shock mount and coil mount. Shouldn't be to hard to fix with the whole axle out. At same time I'm swapping my elocker in.

Thanks. I honestly do not have rust on my frame as much as you'd think. But unfortunately that part of the truck. The shock mount took a poop and was the worst. If you'd see under my truck. You'd be surprised. Just look at the first page.

I always clean out the top of the shock mounts. Pita but so much dirt just sits in there. Bad design.
