Don't mean to revive an old thread but with all the talk about the adjustment cams and bolts this seemed like a perfect place to ask - does anybody know if it's the same part all around?
For example I believe I found the adjustment cam part number (48409-35050) but most places say it's left side specifically. But at the same time, I can't find a p/n for the right side.
Oh cool, wasnt aware Tim/Sean covered this already, will have to check it outLook up Timmy the tool man’s video on YouTube
For R&R on FLCAs
He lists all the part numbers.

Thanks but I'm just snagging them through a local dealership. Partsouq never has shit in stock and want OUTRAGEOUS amounts for shipping ($80 shipping for a $150 LCA? Yeah, no.)

Is this something you're positive on? I really want to believe theres an easier way than removing the rack altogether, and the clearance is damn close as it sits. Just never messed around with the steering rack, personallyDon't need to drop the rack when pulling cams. Just need to remove the mounting bolts for rack, and position down about 1", and out of the way.

Yes he is correct, have done job several times. You can make life easier by removing power steering hose clamp about 14-16" from rack secures hoses to frame to keep them from flopping around, just follow hoses you'll find it.
Can also benefit by removing tie rod ends from knuckle.
Awesome, thanks for your input. I had a feeling Toyota would've made it easier on themselves than others make it seem - but at the same time if you've ever worked on cars like the Fiat 500 you'll know an alternator swap is a 4-5 hour job, because your options are either drop the entire subframe or pull the whole engine out. Just never know sometimes.
those specific diablo blades cut awesome.
