LED for Daytime running lights

Hi I just purchase some JDM led lights for my daytime running lights and blinkers. When I installed them it did not turn on. I did some research and some people wrote that LED won't work because they act as your turn signal blinker. Has anyone had any luck finding a LED bulb that would work? Thanks for the input!ray:

Which car do you have? I thought DRL and Hi-Beam is the same 9005 bulb.

LED Daytime running

2011 4runner limited. The daytime running lights are next tot he fog lights.

you should be able to splice into the line without any addition and use your new lights as an aux. but if you wire them in as the only DRL and turn indicator you will get fast flash and will need to use a resistor. there isn't any reason why they wouldn't illuminate otherwise though
