new 4runner here very soon. Special ordering a Sport Edition 4x4 V8 with the following:

Silver

GY-airbags
WT-window tint (gulf states region only)
SU-side signal mirrors (gulf states region only)
NA- 115v power outlet
SR- Sunroof
RF- Rear Spoiler
EJ- 10 speaker JBL stereo
CF- carpeted floor mats and cargo mat
GE- auto dimming rearview mirror.

I actually ride my sportbike around chadwick, down 125, and around shell knob but never knew about 4wd trails around there. I'll have to give them a try.

Another one from Conway

Looks like there are a few other Conway folks on this forum. There are some decent places to go driving over in the Ouachita National Forest near Lake Winona. I've also been down to Superlift ORV Park in Hot Springs.

My favorite destination has to be Colorado, though. Hinsdale & Summit counties have the best driving I've seen! I took my wife out there last summer and keep meaning to post some pics.

My fav is SW Colorado. Black Bear Pass is so much fun and requires work. Imogene, Lime Creek and the other pass that is south of black bear are scenic and fun also! I highly recommend them all! I have pics from a few years ago if anyone wants to see.

I just joined this site and live in bentonville, ar. If everything goes well then I will be buying a 2000 SR5 tommorow. It will be my daily driver but I still plan on doing a few mods to it. also all you KC people. I am from KC and my wife and I are trying to get jobs up there so we can move back there so I might be up there again. I do travel up there all the time since my parents and most of my friends live up there. Also for the KC people and actually everyone in the area checkout www.toyotaland.org it is a KC based toyota forum. We are trying to make it larger and would love to have some SUV's and truck owners on there since we don't really have that.

Greetings! I'm here in Joplin, Mo. Just thought I'd post a reply and get my name on a couple boards. Just got my '97 about 3 months ago, and I'm loving it. Been off-roading just a couple of times, nothing fancy. It's an everyday driver, so I don't want to get too crazy with it.

Thinking about buying a brush guard, and small lift, and new tires for it though. Will keep an update for everything I do.

I've taken the running boards off since this picture, so it obvious looks like it sets higher now.

Alright, doesn't look like any of you have gotten together for a run...let's see if we can get one together. flat nasty or smorr seem to be a decent meeting place for MO and AR 4runners, but i've never gone anywhere around here so post up where you'd consider going and when you could go. I'm ready to go this weekend...but any other weekend besides thanksgiving and christmas work for me.
