No it is powered coated. It is called Hammertone or something close to that.

Do any of you guys have problems w the headlight hoops reflecting back light at night time ?
I haven't painted mine yet so it's still silverish but if it's going to be bad all the time I had contemplated cutting those hoops off...

I didn't with my ARB. I would say the Outdoor Logic is probably going to be the same.

To bad these guys aren't making bumper anymore! I was looking into getting one, and can't even get an answer from them. Guess I'll be going with the new Addicted bumper.
