Ok finally got my lift (not the one I truly wanted but just found out am having a baby so I had to save a little bit right now) ...3"toytec spacer lift, 1.5" 4 crawler body lift, 1.25" spidertrax wheel spacers, 285 70/17 hankook dynapros sitting on my factory rims..

Thank you ya I love the way through runner turned out...I haven't taken them off road yet but am excited to..and ya it's crazy we found out on Thanksgiving it was like surprise haha

I've had them in mud and sand, always surprised. They have also gripped very well on hard packed dirt. I've climbed hills I couldn't get more than 1/3 of the way up with my bfg ko's with ease, especially sandy climbs. The first time I went in mud I let off the throttle thinking I broke something. It was the mud hitting the fender liners! Lol. My buddy has a lifted bronco with 35" swampers sx, he's so impressed with my tires he plans on getting them too.

Craigslist, eBay, local Facebook buy, sell and trade page. Those are what I'd try first. Took me a couple months to sell my old tires. Be patient.

Since I installed my lift (see sig) , I have been getting a driveline vibration between 20-40 MPH. Above that it is smooth. The first thing I did was grease the driveshaft, and that didn't help. I'm thinking it has to do with the change in CV angles. Would a diff drop help? Total lift gained was around 3".

While talking to a local shop about doing a lift, they recommended that I replace the u-joints ... saying that otherwise high mileage rigs would develop a driveline vibration (typically somewhere between 500-5000 miles after the lift is done). I was thinking "that's the first I've heard of that" and then your post pops up ...

I have almost 40k on mine after lift. The only vibration I have had is my non-hub-centric wheel spacers. (don't buy those btw)
With that said, u-joints are cheap and easy to replace if needed.

The coopers are noisy even for being a new tires. Awesome for what they're purpose is. The ST maxx is a better option if your runner is a daily driver.

161k-ish. I'm at 202k now. Been lifted for almost 2 years.

1. 3" OME 885/895 Medium Suspension Lift
2. 285/75/16 BFG A/T KOs on Pro Comp Alloys w/ 1.25" Spidertrax all around.
3. Love the results. Can't think of anything I'd do differently.

Like the look of this a lot. Thinking of going with a similar OME package. Leaning more towards the 884/895 package.

This is probably a dumb question...but what are the 1.25 Spidertrax spacers for. I am assuming to give your vehicle a wider stance/look?

Are they necessary or advisable if I am sticking with the stock tire width of 265?

Thanks, I will look into the Ujoints. I know I did pump them with grease, but they do still wear out, and do have high mileage on them.

Man that looks sweet - I was planning on sticking with a simple spacer lift for a while but you may have sold me on something different.
Can't beat white / black.

Spidertax are for a wider stance and certain clearance issues, but not needed with the tire size you want. I have that same size without them. Here is a side pic with the same wheels.

How do you like the Cooper AT3's? We have had them for about 50,000miles in 265/65/70.

I would rate them as nice on the highway for an A/T, pretty decent off road in the muck. Not so good in the rain and in snow/slush.

I would give them an 8.5/10 overall. Like them but would not buy again. Next time around gonna do with the BFG AT KO2 or Duratracs.

So far so good. No complaints except that I can't sleep with it.
