I removed the mudflaps and I had to trim the inside of the passenger side wheel well to get rid of the triangle shaped plastic the sticks out below the bumper. On the drivers side I was able to move the inside of the wheel well forward and reattach it without trimming. I thought I might have to trim the bumper, but luckily I have enough clearance with the lift.

So you didn't rub on the body mount?

No, I have about a 1/4" clearance of the body mount. The backspacing on my wheels gives me a perfect amount of outset and clearance. I think they are -6. I'll have to double check, I looked at the paperwork, but it doesn't say and it has been a couple years since I had them installed so I don't remember exactly.

Would a 275/70/18 duratec fit on on 08 v6 limited with daystar2.5/1.5 lift???

Do u think the tires would fit without lift...I ordered 275/65/18 and not sure if lift will be done in time for tire appointment.

You would have to trim. I have that lift, and had to move the fender liners forward and remove the front mud flaps with 265/70/17 Duratracs.

Love the Kuat...awesome bike rack. I'm still using an older T2 myself but that will be my next rack. Oh yeah, 4runner looks great too! Any rubing with the -6mm offset?

Do you know what size spacer on stock sport rims would create the same offset you have with your BBS and 0.75" spacers? My tires are also at 265/65/18.

I tried running with the 1.25 spidertrax and the -6 offset at first with bad body mount rubbing. Without the spacers, they clear the body mounts fine.
After removing front mud flaps, I have no rubbing up front. At full stuff in the back it may just begin to contact the rear mudflaps... Waiting for a real trail run to assess the rubbing at full compression.
So far I'm loving the Kuat rack - The tensioning cam doesn't work as well as it should. There is a little too much play, but it doesn't wobble on the paved roads, so It's working great... Wish they had an aluminum version, cause it's a bit heavy back there, but it seems bomb-proof.
