so i put some superflex's out back and kept the XREAS, i kno Toytec advises against it but i went and did it anyway ...
does anybody have first hand experience with these springs on their XREAS??

I know that you won't have much "droop"... those rear XREAS shocks are pretty short.

I'd say terra grapplers, the dynapros I had were junk. I can't help ya on the size though.

Ditto :iagree:....I think several of us have found that out after putting the miles on them (you, ARK, and myself). I can't say too much bad about them though, I sold them with 25K miles for $340.

Wow...those Methods look amazing in silver! I've had them in my "shopping cart" a few times but never went through with it. Ha.

"droop??" ... not familiar with the lingo. haha. this is my first lift project so new to the vocab.

"Droop" would be how much downward travel you get from the static position. When you lift the rear using taller coils, you are stretching the shock out... extending it further than its stock static position. So, it's kind of like resetting the "zero point"... you'll have less extension travel and more compression travel than what you started with.

My first post. I just got my OME lift and new wheels put on. I went with the full ARB kit and 285/70/17's as recommended and put on some Spidertrax. I was actually very surprised at the amount of rubbing. I ended up doing a body mount chop and had to cut quite a bit of the front bumper and inner wheel well plastic to eliminate most of it. A new front bumper will be added in the next 6 months or so and I have the V8 so I put the heavy springs up front and medium springs in the rear. Also, the wheels are Pro Comp Series 69's.

Had the privilege of meeting FedrlBiker (aka Matt) tonight at our Toyota Trail Riders gathering. Always great to meet another 4th gen'er. Snapped a shot of his rig:

1" BORA wheel spacers w/ +15mm FJ wheels...effective offset of 40mm or 1.5" spacers. RUB...removed mud flaps, fender liner moved forward, and trim small piece on inside fender.
