Flygirlz, 885 in V6? I thought 884 would give V6 around 3 inches. That height looks great though, I was thinkin 884s for my V6, but now might reconsider.

You'll LOVE it! I had the guys at my shop steer me away from pairing the OME springs with the Bil 5100's saying that the springs don't seat as well. Normally I would have thought they were just racking up the cost on me but, they gave me one heck of a deal. I also found that same caution on ARB's product guide. "1
Important: ome Front coils can only be installed with ome nitrocharger strut and coil seats."

I do have a V6. You are correct the 884's are for the V6 without added weight and the 885's are designed for a V8 or a V6 with added weight i.e. Bumper, Winch, etc. I went with the 885's because I'm planning on adding a bumper in the near future. Without the bumper the ride is a little on the stiff side but I would't change a thing.

A LOT of people on here are running OME springs on the bilsteins. I have been running 885's for over a year now and haven't had a single issue.

I've noticed a lot of people running that setup, I was going to also until the shop tossed them in for cost. Less than $100 for all new OME shocks.... Heck, why not go with what was recommended!

I have a V6 as well. Had the same concern, but chose this combo on the recommendation of a couple forum members. I agree, the height looks great. And with the stiffer springs, you'll probably experience less settling. So whatever the height is when you let the jack down is probably close to what it remain.

What shop did you go to? I'm also in Denver. Plan on doing the install myself, just curious about good shops in the area.

I go to 4Wheel Parts off I-70 and Peoria. I've had lots of work done there and they've always taken really good care of me. Their techs and customer service are great about answering any questions in order to find the best options to match, what you desire with your budget. I can't say enough good things about that shop, until I buy more tools to do it myself I'll keep going there!

No build thread or pics yet. My springs/shocks are ordered. Apparently Bilstein 5100 rears are on backorder. As soon as they arrive and get installed I will be uploading pics along with before/after measurements.

Tires are Nokian Rotiva all weather 265/70 17 to be replaced in the spring with 285 Duratracs for summer and 265 winter tires in the fall.
Total Chaos UCAs, LCAs, rear links and shock tower, spindle and alignment gussets.

About time
First pictures in a long time here, but went out to George Washington National Forest and captured a few shots. I'm running 5100's all the way around, with elibach/toytec lift springs with the 5100's on 1.75 in the front. I've got super flex coils in the rear and a one inch toytec body life. Currently only 265/70/17 BFG Rugged terrains with a little life left. Will be upgrading soon to KMC Strikes and 33 inch Cooper AT3's.

Got these on a screaming deal 1029.00 out the door they are 65k Millage super quiet on the freeway at 75. heavy Feel very stable Ended up having to remove the mud flaps in the front. And trimming the front bumper ... Not too broken up about it thinking about some springs and a demllo front coming very soon rears no problems at all .

Just installed yesturday, took me a lot longer than I planned because I found out I had XREAS and didnt even know.::mmph: ICON stage 1, FN six shooter, and Toyo P 285/70/17. I am happy with the ride its surprisingly smooth and really soaks up bumps. I need to do some trimming on the front liners but I expected that. Took me a long time to decide on the Toyo P metric size. I constantly bounced back and fourth on the the P's and LT's. Had a hard time finding a good picture of the P series and finally one day I saw them in person and thought they looked aggressive enough for my on road driving.

You definitely purchased the best out of the 3 offerings of the Toyo OC A/T ll. Only the P series(the ones I have) offer the 65k mileage warranty from the manufacturer. The LT's and Xtreme versions have a 50k warranty. I Chose the P's for the price, weight, my usage and warranty.
