Lift and Tire Central (pics)... Post 'em Up!

Just put on FN Five Star 17-inch wheels in black with brand new Hankook DynaPro M/T 285/70 tires. I moved 2 of my old tires (same Hankook M/Ts) and Mickey Thompson rims to my new XVenture trailer.

Ya!! Love the "Kooks"! Those tires rock in everything I've thrown at them so far!!

Truck looks great! I'm thinking about replacing shocks with 5100s but would like less squat when I tow. Is the only way to do this with HD coilovers?

Here's my 2008 Limited. The front has Tacoma TRD springs and struts with 1/2" Toytec spacers. The rear is FJ springs with Daystar 1 1/2" spacers. The wheels are 2014 Trail take off's with 265/70/17 Dueler H/T's.

This thing is really pretty. I'm wanting to do this to my recently bought 07 sport 4wd. Around how much(lift, tires, wheels, everything) did this cost you?

Finally got the lift done.

2005 Sport, 3/2 spacer lift, 17" ProComp Rockwell's w/ 4.75 BS, Cooper Discovery STT 285/70/17. And a little bit of trimming.

First pic is stock, the lift is Bilstein 5100s at .85 with FJ coils all around.

I like the reduced rake and firm suspension.

Ideally, I want to go higher. When my tires go bad, I'll get a bigger size with wheel spacers, go up to the next setting or 2 on the bilstein, then add a 1" spacer in the back.

finally got the funds to do the upgrades that I've been wanting to do so here it is. Toytec 5100 all around with eibach spring for front and superflex hd for rear. American tire MB 352 16x8.5 -6 offset with 285 75 16 Goodyear duratrac. I really like how it ride and look.

Thanks for posting. So this is with no spacer in the rear? Looks perfect imo, I was looking for a moderate but noticeable lift. How many miles did your fj springs have on them? How's the ride quality?

Thanks! No rear spacer- The rears allegedly had 3k and the fronts had 75k. I searched this thread for weeks until deciding on getting FJs and bilsteins. I was going to go with a spacer lift, but my Xreas shocks needed replacing after over 100k miles so I went with the FJ bilstein combo.

The ride quality can be described as "firm" and "solid" - I prefer it to the stock.

I'm in the exact same position. I have a new set of 5100's and fj coils with 12k on them. Did you rip out all the xreas lines or leave them? If so how difficult/time consuming was it? Thanks again for the info

Looks like a good amount of clearance gained. Do you have a matching spare and does it fit under the back?

Finally put the FJ springs on the front. Leveled it out and for sure sits higher. For sure have to get spacers and bigger tires. Hopefully the next week or so.

Yeah that's what I'm rock'in right now. I'm loving the look and feel when I drive. The fjc springs are settling in a gives it a nice prerunner look but If sags anymore tho I might switch the rear springs, not sure yet.

Edit: Just read your mod list and it looks like our rigs will be pretty similar, in time. "Great minds think alike" [emoji6]

Yeah, yours looks good. The only reason I ask is because I got about 4" in the front with my 885's set on the 0 setting. The 884's are a bit softer but provide close to the same lift. I couldn't imagine my 885's on the 1.75 setting. Do you know how much lift you got from the lift in the front?
