Yea that thing looks great! I was just out in Steamboat Springs but I didn't take the 4R out there this time. Here is a pic from up by Steamboat Lake in Clark, CO on Hahn's Peak. This was about 2 years ago or so.

I got the new OW 2.0 kit put on, it rides so smooth and looks a lot better than the Cornfed 3/2 did. Thanks to everyone that gave advice to get this kit!

That's the plan once these tires are done for; but they are holding up surprisingly well.

so 35 mud grapplers? or try a new size? i know any mud terrain will be super expensive on those huge rockstars. thats the only thing i dont like about having big wheels but otherwise they look sweet

here is an idea- buy a cheap set of 16's or 17's to put wheeling mt's on and put some cheaper (not mt's) on the rockstars for the street:cheers:

Yea that's true about they are expensive and not nearly as good off-road but your right they do look good. That is eventually what I am going to do is get a set of 17's, because I can't go any lower than that in size because of the brakes, and put a nice set of mt's on those. I don't know yet whether I am going to stick with the mud grapplers or go with the trail grappler mt's. I was also looking at the radial pitbull rockers but I hear the mileage sucks on those.

They are not shrockworks sliders, they are the stock sport tube steps. I am going to get a set of sliders but probably not shrockworks. There is a reason to wait for their bumper for so long, because it looks better than others. For sliders you can save at least a couple hundred bucks and get another set that performs exactly the same and you don't have to wait FOREVER for them.

that is true but the ease of bolt on is why i am still looking at schrocks. demello's i think are about the same maybe 20 bucks less then schrock. but yea check out demello do it yourself weld on's. htere is another good company that makes only weld ons but i forget the name. :wtf: haha, ill prob remember and let you know

Thanks...my wife is a bit of a "tomboy".., fits her and the 19 month old better. It all started with, "I need new tires, mine are going bald." and that is all it took for me to start upgrading. lol
We like to ride on the beach here.., sun, surf, fish, etc. and take country back roads...

Yea, other than the KM2's in 35's on 20s are $500 a PIECE!!!! I would love some KM2's but they aren't worth that to me, considering I can get the trail grapplers that look just as good, last just as long or longer and perform the same on rocks and other obstacles.

The LAST thing I want to do is tint the front. In a few years I may black out the rims and get some sliders.

Thanks to this site for all the great ideas! My wallet is quite a bit lighter, my wife is still pissed, but damn do I love this truck!

you need to get the spidertrax bud. it'll look way better than what you have now.

I agree, but I have the same setup. You will have to trim the inner fender otherwise adding spidertrax will make your tires rub. FYI to all interested in adding spidertrax to the 2.5 daystar lift with 265.65.18 tires.

HOJ, your setup inspired me to do my lift except i went with the bilstein kit all around .

you have to move the front fender lining up which requires no trimming.

and then i had to trim off the front mud flap on the inside.

that got rid of the rubbing so none too invasive much huge gains in looks. it's way too RV camper style without the spidertrax pushing it out. it took 10 minutes for me to say heck to the no and ordered the wheel adapters right away.
