Long tubes?

Anybody put a set of long tubes on their 4runner? Tossing around the idea of redoing my exhaust system. Any suggestion? HHave an 04 with 4.7l

on v6 yes, but you have a v8 & as far as I know we still cant even get shorties made, theres a lot of threads on the issue.

Bummer. Wonder if any of the higher end ones might be compatible?

seems like no one wants to even make the shorties since 2 different designs would be needed for the v8, (non vvt & vvt) you can read up on this, just search for headers or exhaust manifolds. but if you got the $ & don't care about deleting 2 cats, this may be of interest.- http://www.toyota-4runner.org/4th-gen-t4rs/135161-v8-4th-gen-trd-headers-installed.html
