Looking for help/advice

I have a 1989 22re 5 speed that had an injector stick so bad I couldn't even turn the engine over. With the plugs out it would shoot fuel 10 feet in the air. I have replaced the injectors, plugs, cap, rotor, starter (had issues) and changed the oil. The problem now is it is pouring white smoke out of the exhaust. bad enough that it looks like a James Bond smoke screen.
I am thinking that the pressure from having the fuel hydro lock the front cylinder has probably caused a head gasket failure allowing coolant to leak into the cylinder. The oil was like water there was so much fuel in it when I changed it.
Is there anything else it could be other then the head gasket that I am missing??

Any thoughts would be great.

After letting it idle for a few minutes, how does the oil look? Does it look like there's water in it?

It smokes non stop from the exhaust. The oil still looks ok and so does the coolant. It almost seems like it's leaking from the cooling side to the cylinder
