Loud Speaker

I'm trying to look into buying a loud speaker for my car. I've always wanted one and I cna't wait to yell at people on the streets. Haha.

Anyone have any experience/suggestions/input?

i used to have a friend with one, and EVERYONE (inside his truck) enjoyed it! I would kinda like one to b1tch at idiots on the road, but i dont know where the loudspeaker would go and if it could handle the abuse (offroad + elements water and mud)

I've got one in my 4Runner.....my CB has the PA option so I had bought one years ago for one of my tacomas and finally installed it last month in my 4Runner, Its pretty nice....

I had one on my Wrangler to help with recovery. You need a CB with a PA outlet then purchase a PA speaker from someplace like Radio Shack or amazon.

How much do you guys think it will cost? And how hard is the installation?

Install is pretty easy you just need some connectors, speaker wire for pa and power wire for cb......

Hum.. looks pretty cool. And pretty cheap. I'll look more into it. Anyone got a pretty detailed instruction for the CB installation?

I'm getting $85 for a 1.5 hour focus group tonight. So amybe I'll buy it with that.

It is cool and I have posted on this very topic not too long ago.

They are fun to have, but I knew a guy in College (at Alabama) who had one in his truck,...one day he had made some comments to a couple of nice looking young ladies who were out minding their own business exercising on the quad along the main drag on campus, and I cannot remember the exact time line but not soon after one of the young ladies' boyfriend found that truck with the speaker that had wolf calls coming from it and did terrible things to it. I could not believe that someone would do such a thing to a vehicle that did not belong to them... anyway oh College, how I miss it.... Remeber Violence solves everything!

BTW, I know a motorcyclist who hooked up a windshield washer pump to his horn button and he sprays joggers. He says that the joggers in his area run on the road and hog up a good chunk of it when they are in groups. They don't move over so he sprays them. Not condoning any actions :

Not a hoover fan, the coach got fired for all kinds of stuff in the fall.

On another note
Ross' older brother, John Parker Wilson, is an even bigger disappointment... University of Alabama's starting QB for one more year.... man he stinks... that is good news for Auburn fans...

Ya I thought it was really funny that Rush Propst had another family. But nevertheless your guys football games are crazy, you should see a San Francisco football game. There's like 100 people at most for a normal game.
