It's only the greatest feature ever created on a 4Runner. Press the button and a disco ball drops down, the volume automatically cranks, and scantilily clad ladies appear with bottles of booze!!!

Kidding of course, it changes the radio output to the rear speakers or something, I've honestly never once used it other than to test. I just pulled out the plug and switch to make room for a new switch, so clearly it's valuable. Haha.
Just yell "Get off my lawn" and we all know what you old timers are trying to say.
