LS460 Projectors Installed

Do you have pictures at night so we can see the spread and throw on these? Glad to see everything worked out! I'm still trying to convince myself on these but the cost is pretty substantial and I too am hoping Toyota comes out with a projector option so I can snag it up (although I agree, they do look factory made; excellent craftmanship)

I agree as well. My previous 2004 Sienna AWD Ltd even had HID lights on them. I still miss them sometimes. I suspect Toyota did it to push ppl towards a Lexus GX460 or something. It really doesn't make any sense. I don't even think the Highlander has the option either...but the Sienna and Prius does???? Go figure.
 
Until the 2013 update, the $70K Land Cruiser didn't even come with HID projectors. Toyota must really want to make them nearly exclusive to their Lexus brand. Even though the Prius comes with them :( And the Toyota Prado, sold internationally, has them too.

I honestly really like the light output of the 5th Gen halogen reflectors, but I'm not gonna lie... The HID projectors in the GX460 look pretty amazing.

The handful of guys who performed the HID projector retro-fit made it look OEM.

The 4Runner isn't perfect, but I'm still happy that mechanically it seems as solid and reliable as ever. IMO, even at $40K for a KDSS/NAV equipped TE, it still offers more than the competition where it counts.

I posted up some night time pics with the 4Runner pointed at a wall Sunday evening. Did you want to see other ones?

I can probably take some more pics in a different location tonight.
 
About HIDs, they did the same with LED tails, notice how most of the new models don't have LED taillights? Oh well.

Yep I saw those pictures. I found it difficult to see their actual usefulness at such a close distance though. Sorry if that came out rude, unintentional.
