[MENTION=87687]LTDSC[/MENTION], what exactly did you end up doing for the swingout hinge? Looks like you used a bolt... What did you use for a sleeve? Or is it just a piece of very thick tube that sleeves over the bolt?

2" tube welded to the arm, 5 1/2" grade 8 bolt with two ball bearings with an inner sleeve and outside washers to pivot on.

One question: Why is there two different swing outs pictured on your truck?

As said in the beginning. I purchased one to use as a template. Then completely rebuilt it to how I wanted it.

I have been browsing this forum for about a week now looking at different builds and yours so far is my absolute favorite. Keep it up my guy!!!

Relocated blinker to the originally unused reflector lens on the bumper. Utilized the OEM blinker location for rear facing dust lights for approach visibility while off-road. I used the Rigid flasher module with a Toyota style off road lights button to fill a blank on my knee bolster area. I have swapped the OEM incandescent bulbs to high power and high lumen amber LEDs. We will see how this cuts through the dust and sand in the coming weeks. I've had some close calls with friends following me on dry trails. With them being unable to see me when i've stopped and they're quickly approaching and have to veer off to avoid hitting me.

Oh yeah. Forgot to post. My icons blew up again in pismo after just rebuilding them so I ditched them. Got a pair of kings and absolutely love them.

Installed the Baja Kits LT +2 kit over the weekend. Install went fairly smooth considering all we changed.

Awesome setup for the front! Did Baja Kits recently come out with that kit? I don't remember seeing a LT kit from them for the 4th gen. (although last time I looked was about two years ago)
