I was looking for that as we speak. We must have been posting at the same time. Never hurts to try I guess, I did not really expect to receive anything, but if I do then its a good thing I tried :hatsoff: With as much as things are automated anymore, you never know.

Something to consider

Regardless of any website's TERMS and CONDITIONS page there are state and federal laws which must be adhered to regardless of what you decide to say they are not responsible for.

For instance, they show the item as IN-STOCK and ready to ship which could be false advertising regardless of their TERMS and CONDITIONS since MagnaFlow has yet to make the units available. I feel fairly certain the FTC would agree.

A Terms and Conditions statement could read "by accessing this site you agree to mail $1.00 to the following address". It by no means makes it legal nor binding and does not release the site or its owner automatically from state or federal law.

I am not saying we are going to get the systems, I highly doubt it. Only pointing out that a terms and conditions page can claim ANYTHING and be without merit in a court of law.

I ordered one. I don't even like the way they sound, I prefer silence! But if it does show up at my door, I'll have it installed just for the victory.

But it ain't gonna happen. I didn't get charged tax but should've, because they have stores in NY. The whole thing is shady.

I placed an order this am, we'll see. Then I spoke with Magnaflow. Obviously didn't mention this Meineke situation. I asked if the 15584 (part number) system was in stock. They said it's still in product devlopment and they do not have an avail date. bummer. Sounds like this system isn't on the market yet. Does anyone have one already regardless of where it came from?
