The dealer who got it for me said it was the first 5th Gen on Okinawa. He has a lot of SR5 and one Trail 5th Gen up in Japan.

Most European and Asian countries require a turn signal/parking lamp on the front fender, behind the wheel. Some countries accept signals on the mirrors as equivalent, and some don't.

Can you get one in Japan with a 3.0 D-4D engine?

And wait, Japan proper is all right-hand-drive - why is your steering wheel on the wrong side? Is Okinawa "special" that way?
