Major differences between 4R and Sequoia 4wd systems?

Just curious to hear others hi level opinions of the differences between '10 4Runner and '08 Sequoia's 4wd systems. Can you please explain in detail the ins and outs, differences, better equipment ect... The Sequoia has the center diff and the 4R has Atrac....

Not talking about off-roading.

Which 4R model? Some have the Torsen diff and others dont.

On another note, why did you sell the LX? 00's had a known out of spec shim in the transmission that led to premature failure but many are running just fine.
