Exactly, its not his job, that's why he took it there (an also an obvious admittance that he doesn't know how to do it so why say its sad that someone else couldnt figure it out, maybe it was his first 5th gen to work on). Like I said, if you don't like the job others do for you, do it yourself, don't complain or whine about it.

I couldn't disagree more. It's sad when someone is payed specifically to know how to change oil filters, and can't find a filter under a car. In my opinion it's quite obvious where the filter is. It doesn't matter if it's his first 5th Gen, there are dozens of models out there where the filter is hidden under a skid plate or panel.
