manual to power passenger seat swap?

I have a base SR5 and noticed that the manual passenger seat sits much higher than the power drivers seat.....

I went to an auto upholstery shop and had them pull out the passenger seat. We noticed that the wiring is all there for a power passenger seat. I was wondering if anyone has done a swap out from manual to power?

* Of course you would only use the bottom seat section because of the side-air bag

To those with both power driver & passenger seats: Do both seats fully drop down equally in height?
