Metaltech 4x4 No Cut Bumper - Thoughts

This is a beautiful piece. I ordered bare metal + OPOR Bar. The bumper (Brace?) are all powder coated along with the misc mounting pieces.

It was a pleasure working with the MT folks. I called, had questions, they were helpful through the process.

Only one snag was a 10 day delay due to the freight truck having a mechanical issue in AZ. IMO, the freight company shouldn't get paid for that shipment.

Moving on.

I prepped it with the usual steps. Acetone, sand, acetone, prime, prime, prime, paint. paint. paint.

I really like their, what i'll call, auxillary mounting to the chassis. It adds more strength +2 additional bolts out front and one 17 bolt on the side. It was tough lining it all up but shows the engineering and thought process behind the design.

just upgrade your headlights and you're set. I wish the upper part flow better with the upper opening radiator grill.

I've got their sliders as well, it's proven the MT brand to me.

My entire passenger front end has trail damage, so there is a gap on headlamp and fender alignment. I will be blacking out my front headlamps and realigning everything.
