Also, what do you guys think I should do with the side orange reflectors? I was thinking of making them gloss black for some contrast, or gloss red to match the demon eyes, but I think red may be a bit too aggressive? I currently have one plastidipped
Here's what I'm saying - would red be dumb? I feel like some contrast could be nice, thats why I'm leaning dip + clear coat

red paint on what is/was an (front) amber reflector? I think it would look cool, BUT, not sure what state inspection garages (or a pissed off PA officer would say) would say. If they don't light up, I think technically it's fine. IF they light up red, then I would say you may have a problem.

I vote to either leave the orange reflector as it is (keeping a bit of that stock look), or matching it black with the rest of the top part of the headlight you have blacked out already, same color and finish, not glossy.
Also, I need to bug you for some more measurements while you have your headlights opened up! Looking for the diameter of the top edge "circles" that basically form the border of each concave reflector. (the places where I added red circles!) Thanks a ton, lovin' your photos and progressions so far, cant wait to see finished product.

Do you have any nightshade or spray tint? Smoking them would look sick, that's what I did with the corners on my ack

Where do you see a chrome shroud or black reflector at? Even before he color matched it, there was no chrome shroud or black reflector?
Color matched my shrouds. Should hopefully have everything in next week. Been too cold to aim them lately and the project has fallen to the back burner.

If @code 2 used punctuation after his sentences it would make a little more sense. Think he means the silver painted color matched to zaks silver truck, that looks Chrome in the pictures does not work with a black BEZEL "In My Opinion". Calling the BEZEL the reflector is what is confusing you [MENTION=80071]RCs4Runner[/MENTION] .
I do kinda agree with code 2, every time I look at my quad bi xenon. Then it fades away when I just blown away by the light output of them. Then I like them again. I think Chrome will hide the projectors more and make it stock looking. For my next retrofit, I think I am going all Chrome and no BHLM.
sorry zopper i meant bezel i was pre occupied with several other things when i typed that out so i must have had a brain fart when i finished it.
Im not a fan of the blacked out stuff floating around now a days. its almost played out. When it is done with class and taste i like it other then that it just doesn't appeal to me.

I wouldn't spray the chrome high beam silver if you ever wanna use them again. Made that mistake on my old acura. The silver doesnt reflect enough light to make them bright enough to see.
he is using H1 they have the high beams inside :whip2: so no need for factory high beams

The projector is a bi xenon. Hi beam bucket is now just for looks. Unless it's wired in to work too.
I think a nice rigid dually d2 modded to fit in there would be killer

Whoops, didnt realize that. I thought bixenon just meant you had two xenon bulbs, one in each of the high and low beams. Oh well, learn something new everyday
