Mirror extensions for towing?

Anyone have any recommendations for mirror extensions for towing? I saw some on etrailer.com, but they weren't very aesthetically pleasing. Just wanted to see if there were any other options before buying them.

I picked up a set of universal clip-on mirrors from Amazon for not too much money: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001AJH1HK/ref=oh_details_o03_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

They don't look the best, but they work well, and honestly there are no decent-looking mirrors that I'm aware of anyway. The McKesh mirrors are very expensive, and I didn't care for the way they mounted - seemed like they might damage the truck. I wish someone made a dedicated slip-on mirror...

I've got the same. The only thing I doesn't like about it is that the tab goes in front of the truck mirror lens and if your truck lens goes out of the mirror casing (my driver side does), then the tab hit the lens...

Check the tab on the mirror in the picture below (not my truck):
