Missouri to Arizona

Well next month im graduating highschool, and im moving from Missouri to Arizona.

Now the biggest problem im having isnt the move, or finding a job down in arizona, or even starting college...

My problem is no more wheeling buddies. :dammit:

Just thought maybe id do a little shout out to see if any of you arizona runners have a club or a few of you guys wanna go wheelin sometime this summer?

Hi - There is not a formal club that I know of, but we go out all the time with various other groups, but mostly the Land Cruiser Club (AZLCA). They are a great group of people and they are all-Toyota friendly. Where in AZ are you going to be? There is a ton of great off-roading here. I'm in Phoenix and I'm pretty sure there's a big presence of Tucson folks on here as well. I send out a PM to people that I think might be interested in runs - I'd be happy to add you if you like (and anyone else that wants to be included - let me know!)

What part of Arizona are you moving to? I live in Lake Havasu City. The wheeling season is about over here till next fall. It is way to hot in the summer (115-120 degrees). If you live in the mountains like around Flagstaff the weather will be fine in the summer but to much snow there in the winter. Most of Arizona is desert and hot in the summer. The good thing is there are plenty of trails everywhere.

and to answer your question dylan, i run up north near st joe with a couple of buddies on theyre land.

No way! I live in St. Joe, and didn't think there were any t4r.org members on here, let along ones that went wheeling!


My brother lives in north Phoenix. He's thinking about selling his '96, but I know if he takes it wheeling on those sweet trails out there, he won't.

Go check out Wheeling Arizona.com. Pretty good group of guys. Most of the members are split between Tucson and Phoenix.

Lot's of wheeling in the Phoenix area. It's going to get hotter than hell soon so night wheeling is the norm. Still hot tho, so make sure your cooling system is up to par.....
