Vacuum up any that you can. Then park in the dun for a day with windows down. Once the moisture is gone(dry). There shouldn’t be any issue.

Oh, I've been down that road with a water leak in my car, and let me tell you, it can be a real headache if not handled properly. Even if you think you've dried it all up, there can be lingering moisture that you can't see. Mold can thrive in those hidden spots. So, I decided to take a precautionary step – I removed the affected carpet to ensure it dried completely.
I let the carpet sit outside in the sun for a while to make sure it was bone dry. After that, I put it back in the car, and thankfully, I didn't have any mold issues.
But you know what, just to be on the safe side, you might want to consider using a mold detector. It's a handy tool to check for any hidden mold growth that you might have missed.

I had some water accidentally spilled in my car, and it all went straight to the seat and carpet. At first, I thought it was just a minor inconvenience and ignored it, but it led to severe mold issues.

I actually removed all the insulation below the carpet. that stuff absorbs water like a sponge if it gets wet and is hard to dry. the top carpet layer is rather quick to dry and the backing below that is pretty firm and also dries fast

I did it shortly after the incident in my avatar. you can try and remove the carpet and dry it out but it wasn't worth the hassle for me. lift the carpet, rip out the insulation, prop some wood blocks in there and dry what's left out with a towel and fan
