Back on track

Ok so to get this thing back on track, can someone help me with the attached photo and a few questions that I got with my Morimoto Kit. I am not very bright but trying to help my headlights. I tried this before it became winter (my truck doesn't fit into my 1 car garage) so I haven't looked at it since then but would like to install it on weekend. Thank you.

I can help if you get a pic that includes all of the cables and the ballast. Some of those connectors look exactly the same.
