After i put a motor out of a 94 4 runner 3.0 into my 1990 4 runner the thing ran great i drove it around for about 2 hours with no problems. the next day i was driving it and i noticed that it was running a little hot but never over heated. i am guessing that the thermostat is out. i was a little low on antifreze so i topped it off and found a rubber gasket in the radiator. any help would be great. thanks:bash:

update on the heating up. after replacing the thermostat and housin that was cracked i was reving up the motor to get it hot and i noticed that the fan was not picking up any speed. so now i guess its time to replace the fan clutch. does anyone know the price to put an electric fan so i dont have to worry about this problem again:bash:

Not sure about the electric, but I have a spare fan and clutch in my garage if you're interested.
