MPG still low

I had a thread about this about a month or 2 ago, and still have the problem. Most people are getting 15-18 mg with their 4WD V8 4runner's but i'm still getting 12.8-ish. The only time it reaches 15 or 16 is if I drive for over an hour non stop on a freeway. I use 89 octane fuel, and I don't accelerate fast from stops.

Any suggestions? Should I call Toyota about it? It doesn't seem right to be getting this low.....

that black paint adds about 10lbs to that rig...you'll never get good gas mileage in that...if you want mpg's, buy a corolla! :biggrin2:
