Thanks for the comments guys. I really love this truck. When I returned from Iraq this last time I had bought a crotch rocket, however after finding out I was going to be a father and a close call wrecking it, I sold it. This truck has filled the gap created by selling that bike. I love the utility and the praticalitly of the 4runner.

Truck info: looking for skid plates, a High lift jack, and MAYBE rock sliders

For sure want some skids before 23 Feb 08 for the trip to Skyline WMA, Alabama!!

Ok I just placed my order with Bud over at BudBuilt and I will post pics once it gets here.
I wanted to say something though about Bud. Wow. In a day of ordering online and just getting a box days later without ever talking to a real person or Walmarts, Targets, SamsClubs, and Coscos where the managers care about quanity and not quality, what a refreshing transaction this has been. I first contacted Bud after hearing great things about him and his skids, over AllPro and the others. He replied to about 9 emails with informative and helpful comments or suggestions, worked with me on pricing, and ensured I was satisfied with the arrangment BEFORE I sent payment. Even the phone conversation we just had felt personable and comfortable like I was talking to an old friend from grade school. My hat goes off to Bud for providing excellent customer service, especially in a day where customer service is in my eyes almost dead. I can only imagine the quality of the product after seeing the quality of the man.

I am really wanting more lift but I don't to do the FABTECH kit just yet. I also am thinking about making a real dual exhaust and even maybe trying some headers from a Tundra. Here in TN, sound is everything. I am looking at also getting a Volant and some weathertech mats to repace the Factory all weathers.

Lately it really hasn't gone off road much becuase of my new Yamaha Grizzly, but come JUly 6th I report to Fort Benning, Ga for some training and I will have some free time and the wife and kid will still be here, so I hope to find some nice places down there.
