After picking up my 06' 4Runner SE V8 4X4 on friday evening, it went back to the dealer today to get aftermarket full leather seats and leather door paneling. Then after that it goes in for its Nav unit.
So for the most part I will almost have a Limited with SE styling and X-REAS. I don't mind not having the auto on headlamps , as if you think about it and don't mind leaving your light switch on "on" all the time, it is basicly auto, as it has auto off and will turns itself on when you start the vehicle.
My SE didn't come with the auto dimming mirrors, and that option I am really missing. I tried to call the dealer and they said Toyota does't have them as an accessory. I will find a solution for this somehow as it is annoying to see a diagonal view of your headliner at night, when you manually flip the switch.
I really like the new styling of the 06' especially the round graphic color runningboards/roofrack, projector headlamps, and more flared/rounded fender wells.
I'm glad I didn't get the Limited though, as those 18' wheels have very few tires choices.
I swapped out the Dunflop AT20 Grandtreks after only 100 miles and now have Michelin Cross Terrians on all 4 wheels + on the spare.
Anyways I should have it back by Friday, I will post pics of the leather and Nav, when I get it back.

. It has a delivery date of the 24th-27th. So, should be here by thursday. I also plan to have the Sport seats dipped in leather. I LOVE the fact that they are power seats now in the SE and after leather, it will be basically a limited model with sport edition features. I will go with dark charcoal as well since my exterior color is black. Good luck!
