For those of you wondering how the NFAB rock rails (P/N T104RKR4R) look up close on a TE, here are some pics of them on my TE:
I can post more pics after work. Do you need to see how much clearance it has with the road/ground?
There is no sliders/step/rail option for the TE that will fit on the SR5/LE trim without modifying it. None, zero, nada, doesn't exist. The very design of the the rocker requires a different mounting option and there is no way to make one that correctly fits both.I want to see where and how they mount to the rig. (body or frame). Want to see if modification need to be done for LE/SR5 models.

^^^^Rocky Road is the only one that makes real sliders for Limiteds/SR5's that fit without modifying the factory rocker panels. Their customer service and quality has come in to question more then once though.

That's great news from N-fab; but can't see how an extension from them will be any different then the spacer blocks... Leverage is leverage. If you have any fear now, it will still be there, unless they somehow completely redesign how/where it is mounted... A 4" drop to get around the rocker panel is still a 4" drop.
Either way, if they have it ready in the time they say that will make the owners who do not have access to machine shops VERY happy! These steps are the best looking out there IMHO, that's why I am doing the spacer mod as I am writing this!!!!!
