Name that pipe....

I've searched the parts diagrams and come up with nothing. It's metal, rusted, and leaking coolant. Directly in front of the radiator, behind bumper. Curved up at both ends where it connects to hoses. Any ideas on a part number? 2003 4Runner Sport V8. These pics are looking from the ground. Thanks.

Thats a power steering line, not coolant. It's one of these. Pretty sure it's the 'cooler to reservoir' line.

You're right..it's power steering. Not one on your screenshot though...I found it....
