Need confirmation with these suspension pics

So i got under the truck because i have been experiencing some noises every time the truck goes over small bumps or uneven terrain at low speeds. These noises are also evident whenever doing left turns at low speeds as well. I need the forums expertise to confirm if in fact these pics signal any leaks from the tieroda and/or balljoints located in the upper control arm.

Looks fine on here to me but I would jack up the front and try to move the wheel in several directions to see if anything is actually needing replacement. When my 4th gen has made sounds in the past like you're describing, it usually has been that one or more of the LCA cam bolts has backed off and I simply needed to re-torque those bolts. If that's the case and the cam has actually moved, you will need to have the vehicle re-aligned. Just be sure to mark the cams after the alignment in case they move again and make sure they are torqued properly.

The OEM boots will leak grease over time, but they don't look torn from the angle you shot.

Jack the truck up and try to move the wheel and spindle around.

So i finally found the issue to my front end noise problems.......the hood!!!!

I had to adjust the rubber bumps next to the lock/unlock mechanism so that it creates more pressure when the hood is closed. Voila!!! No more noises!
