Need Help finding part number

Ok folks I need your assistance.

I have gone through the parts catalog and have been unsuccessful in finding the part number.

When I got my rear bumper they unplugged the trailer plugs and did not put them back. Now I am starting to look at small camping trailers and would like to get the plugs mounted back for future use. There were two, the flat adapter and the round adapter, so I guess there would be multiple part numbers.

I dug around all of the usual parts sites and did some flipping through what little I could download of the FSM and found nothing. I know you wanted the toyota parts, but for what it's worth I found this on e-trailer; it would hook into your open plugs and give you a somewhat factory look. You could even mount it somewhere a bit more convenient than the OEM location.
