Your cheap HIDs aren't actually producing 8000k light. Even though there is a high amount of violet light coming off of the projectors, what I see on the ground is much closer to 5500k
In other words, you bought a huge pile of shit and it's going to die on you - warranty or not.
You can't even buy a pair of LOW GRADE name brand HID capsules for less than what you paid for your entire kit. Hell, Philips top tier HID capsule is almost $400 for the pair.
You would have a significantly better experience replacing your shitty kit with a quality morimoto kit from the the retrofit source. Your accurate color spectrum will come from good 35 watt lamps paired with ballasts that are actually worth a damn. Plus the quality striker will help improve bulb life. Your best day to day color is between 4300-4700 kelvin. Your pure white light (read slightly blue) is between 5200-5500 kelvin. A RIGID led light bars LEDs are driven at exactly 5700 kelvin.
When you go with a 55 watt lamp, your output is so greatly increased that color spectrums begin to drown. The distinction between a 4700 kelvin lamp and a 5500 kelvin lamp is hard to measure when that much light is being generated.

I second the morimito suggestion. You can get a decent setup for a few hundred bucks, and they are great with installation and support too. I am using a morimoto hid in the stock fog assemblies. I'm using a 3500k yellow bulb for the fogs. They cut through rain and fog really well and are aimed low enough that oncoming cars aren't blinded. The morimoto setup also comes sealed watertight for extra piece of mind.

I've seen you comment on many of the lighting threads. And, I'm pretty sure I'll be sending my high beam kit back. What would you suggest for a high beam upgrade? (W/O spending all sorts of cash) And, regarding the low beam retrofit idea, aren't the OEM projectors about the same setup? And, just adjust the beam on the HID low beams to not blind the homies coming at me?

I've not paid much attention to the Gen 5.5 lighting. There are a couple good threads here for HIDs for the projectors. Study them, members seem to be satisfied. I do subscribe to quality componentry. I'd hate to admit what I've spent on (real) retrofitting - likely more than your audio lol. OTOH my headlights absolutely rock. But it's what I like. Mostly I listen to AM talk radio.
As to your HBs, HID is not typically used in discreet HB lights as the HID arc is struck under high voltage and takes a few-to-several seconds to develop, consequently flash-to-pass is considered 'unhealthy' for HID components.
Regardless of what anyone says HID capsules should not be put into a reflector headlight, period. I use a high-end halogen in my HBs, don't remember which, but go here and learn what is current: https://www.hidplanet.com/forums/forum/general-discussion/halogens

AND, you win the best post on this thread. After doing some reading & realizing that the high beams double as the DRL'S at a lower voltage, that's not going to work with HID's. AND, the whole flicking brights on and off with the HID'S is certainly less than ideal.
SO, I've come to the conclusion to send this kit back and validate another case of "everything happens for a reason" in terms of that bulb not fitting.
NOW, I've gotta find the most BAD ASS (if I'm allowed to use that term in respect to halogens) 9005 halogen out there. OR, modified some other bulb for maximum and total blind your grandma when I flick my brights on.
SO, consider this a monumental shift in this thread lol.

AND NOW, I'm certainly open to suggestions on the High Beams given this "come to Jesus" moment I've just realized.
